During the busy floral weeks of Christmas and Valentine's Day we advise customers to place orders early to receive the best possible selection and service. We do our best to accommodate same day delivery requests during these busy times, however, we cannot guarantee every last minute order due to sheer volumes. We strongly recommend that customers place orders in advance of any major holiday.

Our standard delivery fees apply to orders for local delivery within the Ottawa and surrounding area. Deliveries that are outside our local delivery area, will incur additional charges above and beyond our local delivery fee, if this is the case, one of our staff will contact you regarding the price change. Please note that there may be additional charges for special time requests or rush deliveries. Funeral and wedding deliveries will be guaranteed delivery times. For all other orders requesting specific time deliveries, we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee exact times. We do not guarantee timed deliveries during busy holidays. Our usual delivery times are done between 9am and 5pm, but may go as late as 8pm during busy holidays.
Orders for delivery anywhere in the U.S. or Canada must be received before 12pm in the recipient's time zone to ensure same day deliveries. Orders received after 12pm will be delivered the following day. International orders must be placed telephonically and generally require 48 hours for delivery. Please note that we cannot accept international orders online.
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. However, if your order is on route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Replacement/Refund can be made on product, please phone the store at 613-831-3939 and we will work to correct the issue. When a replacement is issued, we will pick up the original product received and deliver a fresh arrangement. In order to receive a full refund, the original arrangement must be picked up. Once the arrangement has been picked up, a refund will be issued directly to the card in which the original order was made.Flowers & Perishable Products

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers/colours in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another colour. We do not contact when substitutions need to be made, unless the product is not available and there is nothing that will keep to the same style and theme of the item ordered.
